The Del Ray, Kirra Beach

Lopes Group was integral in building up concrete Hobs, preparing precise steel reinforcement, optimal concrete with the correct strength and level, and custom 45° corner fillets as specified by the architect.

Pillow Talk warehouse, Darra - Brisbane

Cottee Parker architecturally designed Pillow Talk’s new three-level office and warehouse, which is set to redefine commercial space on the outskirts of Brisbane.

The building gives off a modern, subtropical feeling, featuring natural tones and greenery that drapes down the walls and ledges. Pillow Talk’s expansive home will have curated spaces for showroom displays and furniture/decor photography, making it a complete one-stop shop facility.

THE VERGE, MIAMI BEACH

Overlooking Burleigh Golf Course and minutes from all the Coast has to offer, The Verge offers discerning local retirees, exceptional apartment living now, with care and community they can count on for later. Following completion of the third stage in early 2024, the community will consist of three six-storey buildings featuring exceptional amenities and premium independent living apartments designed to support ageing in place. The third stage will also include Retire Australia’s first Care Hub a genuine alternative to aged care, offering compassionate and person-centred care in a boutique and intimate environment.
